Last fall I was lucky to travel through Cambodia on behalf of iDE, to interview field staff, farmers, businessmen, and sanitation clients.  One of the women I met was Kim Sreng, 28 year old tomato farmer. She turned her empty land into a farm and made enough money to support her family and be one of the only women in her village to give birth to a healthy child within a hospital.

Working with a fantastic local photographer, I was able to capture Kim’s story. Read the full story and see photos on iDE’s blog. Although the final entry is not my writing, the content is derived from our interview.
